HAVE. and it translates very well into the REI world - you first have to BE and think like a successful investor, then DO what a successful investor does (every day, not just a few times) and then you will inevedebly HAVE the same results. 

I recently translated my marketing materials to Spanish as well.The house was built in 2015 and is in a new construction subdivision.

Being able to translate the recorded details into a direct contact with the note owner takes a bit of talent.

I think it is simpler to think in terms of gross annual revenue instead of number of spaces this is easy to translate into number of spaces for a specific market.

That's why it's important to establish your goals first (i.e. these goals are then translated into the above metrics, for example - 12% CoC, 18%IRR, 1.5% Rent-to-Value, $350/door).Whether or not the property is "depreciated" does not affect you.

What has been strange though is how that has translated into a frenzy from people all over the planet looking to buy property in the city.
