Never had a problem...I didn't use a traditional lease, but just asked them to email me their contact info and request for dates, then I would respond with a price and fianlize the transaction.

Or you'll end up selling those positions fairly quickly and then negating the temporary advantage of the deferred tax from the 1031.

Salesforce when I have the budget and SugarCRM when I have no budget.For real estate, best is to probably get something that syncs easily with gmail and then includes that email trail in your CRM.
