Oil prices remain a huge X factor, and housing prices (at least with respect to rents) are being held back by the most supply EVER being built and coming online here in 2024.

That said, tenants are people facing their own challenges.

If they're not challenging you, or your personalities don't mesh, be prepared to give them honest feedback.

These kinds of challenges really test us as investors. 

We just have to hope mortgage rates decline a little bit in 2025 while the supply does not drop so that we can have more home sales in 2025 compared to 2024.
