So I am very excited to get my Real Estate career going here in the DFW area, strive to achieve my life goals, travel the world, have a passive income, and meet some amazing people along the way.

All investors are different but I strive for stable cash flow properties that I would plan on holding for at least 5 years.

We of course strive for all three.

It is a stable software program that you can purchase at your local office supply store.QuickBooks is always striving to make itself user friendly and giving it's customers what they want.QuickBooks has a feature called the "Class Feature".

They have "conduct" rules that supersede rental agreements...That being said, you should strive to take care of your home and the tenants....many will end up being "single-parents" when their spouse deploys and won't have the extra money or know-how to keep simple repairs at bay.
