Odds are it has soaked into the subfloor as well, so you will likely need to pull up the flooring to examine the subfloor, and replace it as well if there is mold present.

Doubt it would kill the floors unless they're carpet, unfinished wood, or OSB that is getting soaked with water constantly.

Il have a couple boxes of honey bees to take care of pollination too. this should keep me busy till spring then Im jetting off to Florida for a bit to get a duplex or condo or at least scout around for one while I soak up some sun shine for a week on the beach.

Not to mention, you would probably want to remove any water soaked drywall anyway because it could have been damaged or started to get moldy.Do what's right for the tenant.
