I had a client who went through a messy divorce while the sister in-law was still occupying his property and not paying rent.

My sister and I inherited a house when we were very young.

I've been living with my sister who is now married, so Im respecting their privacy by moving out.

They are both on the lease, and they split the security deposit and monthly rent bill.I just got a call from one of the tenants brother (neither woman speaks english very well), saying that his sister has moved out of the apartment and wants her name off the lease.

The woman lived in it for a couple years and moved out and let her sister move in.

@Eric Russell -  not to play Big Sister on ya, but my first gut reaction was "bad idea".  

When my brother and sister in law moved out, they cashed out his accumulated stake.

My wifes sister currently owns a home but is struggling with the payments and will go into foreclosure at some point.
