Question(s): Have you ever posted your rehabs and/or portfolio on your business website to showcase each deal you've started/completed?

Compare this to if you are able to showcase the extremely beneficial terms to the seller all written out, or even better, face to face. 

this thread is to showcase what you did to reach your goals.

You can pool money together from investors, do you have a portfolio of your work to showcase?

Just find quality merchandise at garage sales or flea markets, then clean it up and resell for a profit (sweat equity).

Find a property that has a good potential for value appreciation due to rehab then find an investor who enjoys rehab projects and market the deal showcasing the BRRR formula.

If your agent or his broker, like mine, pays for "Showcase" listings, you can have up to 36 on realtor.com.Take a look on realtor.com, and search for local agents to the property.

When they made the final four this year they out sold all the other schools for merchandise, even more than the Tar Heels!
