We came back from very long trip and then found my apartmnet was flooded , they drilled holes in ceilings to drain apartment above us , holes everywhere on our ceilings, made our rooms flooded, furniture damage kitchen appliance, filthy water everywhere mattresses, clothing in stores wet,  please tell me what to do next.....very rude management, big machined dehumidifiers everhwhere, we were shocked , above all they didnt even informed us befor throwing my rugs in my patiopm couches in kitnchen....broke my couch, t.v stand , cbale wires all aound......and when we got into office, they say , hey why you guys are here is everything o.k....Manager didnt know anything.....o.m.g.....we have 3 kids......such a terrible incident, everything is ruined, water got into everything...they are not letting us get out of lease, thinking to get a lawyer, how to get claim done...should i sui them...please advice...thankyou

@Ned Carey Too many mainstream press articles about "income properties", a growth in the number of flip shows on television and, yes, folks who wouldn't know a stacked townhouse from a duplex talking about real estate .... it's why we haven't been buying much up here for the past 18 months.I would like someone to just pull the rug and get on with it .... we're ready :-)

The satisfaction of hunting may even have been intensified by the real need to put food on the table for my family. 

And If my DMSH expense consists of many small items that are under $2500 such as chairs, tables, sofa, rugs, blinds, curtains, do I really need to list out all of them under Other Expenses or can I lump sum them in one item and call it Living Room upgrade?

*I always get an inexpensive, colorful doormat for the front door and a small rug for in front of the kitchen sink that matches whatever I've got going on in there. 

Do you think there would be any negative or positive perceptions with a  new sporty/rugged 4 runner in a dark silver …not a crazy color.  

In my city, there are natural barriers (rugged mountain ranges and public land) that prevent development in certain directions, and neighborhoods near those natural barriers where everyone wants to live (i.e.; very high demand, very low supply).

I also really like painted floors a couple rugs and a painted border.... all sorts of fun stuff .. it might even be cute.
