@Luke Petrozza  I've seen many techniques used by investors, everything from using actual robots to hand write yellow letters to having letters hand delivered via UPS or FedEx to ensure the mail will be open and read.

As far as insects and pest, spray your house with google, on a product with the ingredient pyrethine, it is a monster and on a routine basis you spray this and no problems.
