I’m much more into this than she is lol she’s not against it just doesn’t push for it like I do, in addition to the fact we will cut our possible mortgages in half if we both go on the same one)My realtor is pushing for us/me to look at more expensive multi’s as there’s less competition and potentially bigger returns.

I know everyone pushes local lenders, but at least here locally, fees and interest rates are higher when compared to conventional lenders.

As I can't quite tell if the cleaner did not fully restock (I ask the cleaners to be generous with the restock), I'm leaning toward covering all the extra charges ($300 worth if I include the extra time our hot tub maintenance person had to put in to restore the tub/water) but leaving them a 3-star review, knowing they may push back in their comments.

.- There are more houses listed for sale and rent in the neighborhood, which is pushing rent values down.- My current lease is up in September and the tenant is leaving, and I expect my monthly cash flow to reduce to $950, lowering my ROE to 3.57% and ROI to 9.5%, again, without variable expenses.- Homes are staying on the rental market for a few weeks, sometimes months, even at lower prices.

And as the buyer (my colleague) is now getting closer to closing it's starting to look like it might be worth just cleaning the place out and doing a very low cost rehab (paint, pressure wash and handyman repairs) for a quick sale.
