Quite a few syndication posts about deals gone south.  

I thought the posting said 3 unit but my realtor gave me the paper work on it.

Look at other rentals in the area and see not only how they are advertising or promoting online but also the inside and outside of the rental so you can create a similar environment to try to replicate the same results.

This is very uncommon, though I see folks posting about HELOANs for investment property.

I just read a few other posts. if you don't know the difference between "eviction and notice of non-renewal" you have a lot of studying to do if you want to manage a property.
