I am not a Realtor but honestly I take offense to the fact you would call any Realtor I work with unethical.Think of it this way..would you have a problem if I bought and sold the same property and made $15000 profit if I did it over a period of a year?

By implying that I am running a scam or using friendships to evade taxes would normally be very offensive, however, you are words on a screen.
