The great thing about living in a high cost of living area is that your salary / wages are hopefully also very high.If you are a new college grad, I would focus the next 1-3 years on increasing your salary as much as possible(gain new skills, new certifications, change employers, etc).Once you make more money, you can easily get in a position to buy a property on a more frequent basis.Best of luck!

Based on what my attorney provided, the plots aren't worth a ton of money, but since I haven't done a land deal I'm not sure if the actual sale price differs from what she got me.

We look at lenders (so long as they lend in the asset class you are considering) as an additional line of due diligence (they deeply care about their money and they are likely more sophisticated than you are).

For a BRRRR if you are using debt most people will use some sort of hard money to purchase and a construction loan to fund rehab (unless you use cash).
