Make sure you have someone you trust running the numbers with you, and if that someone is a mentor or person that is very busy offer to bring them deals, pay them for their time, or bring some type of value to them (work for free on other things they are not good at and you are).

I was reffered to Fund and Grow by one of my mentors called Bob Leonetti and soon after then I joined Fund and Grow couple of months later to get my credit repaired and to my surprise,all the negative reports and all other derogatory items were all deleted within 3 months.

Those of us with students, always go through the following list with the potential student to see what best fits the person asking for guidance. I teach items 4 – 9, especially items 7 – 9 but others teach items 1 -3....
