What I liked about my undergrad years was the networking and leadership opportunities.

Bad state leadership + abysmal municipal leadership.However, I am of the belief that we will see a much needed residential housing boom as savvy developers begin more "adaptive reuse" projects -- turning these vacant commercial wastelands into pleasant loft style housing. 

The actual eviction ended up taking 11 months in total due to the leadership of the ERPP changing the rules halfway through our initial eviction and our attorney having to start the process over again.
