I was it many times pre 08... out of area buyer gets into rental sold by marketer in LA and actually got cash out at refi.. with the promise of 100 a month cash flow.. well expense's were always far more than pro forma  and the cash out at refi went to buy a Jet ski...

Hey guys,  I am a beginner investor and I bought my first single family property which is now rented and there is a sewer problem which the company is charging $650, just to do a hydro scrub.

My employment background is in aviation I worked on F/A-18E jet engines in the Navy and then got out and have been doing that as a civilian so about eight years of that.

My property turns out to be free and makes money also.I keep my boat and jet skiis there.

I would be looking into adding a second meter to split the hydro.

And our forum is so robust even those that have stepped up to Jets and TBM's ( which is What Chris Clothier should buy)  and personal Jets etc. they stay on the site because its such a great community.Then I found BP and being a higher time RE investor I liked this site.. but I have finally figured out after 18 months or so.. that a vast majority of the posts have some alterier motive .. its the way the site is designed.. if you want to market yourself you have to go over to the market place. .so many sales folks just try to figure out how to subliminal market  LOL...
