Hey all,Just got back from my (and my firm's) first BPCon down in Orlando.

However like you, I am very bullish on DC over the long haul and actually think that asset class makes more sense for the city, especially if as an investor you have hopes of turning a profit.

I am looking for insights if I should perform a DIY cost seg or if I should work with a firm?

I am graduating from law school in May and will be practicing real estate law for a law firm in Philadelphia, serving mostly large commercial clients.  

If you have time on your side and flexibility in your schedule I would suggest finding a local firm that you can intern or work for.

Although that is pretty much standard with Any wholesaler but especially so with this firm..
