search for: foundation company in ______ city, state (get them out there and do an assessment) : then get the bid/ assessment and show it to 3 contractors (google contractor, or bigger pockets, or word of mouth referrals).  

For me, I would do the ROI on a rehab, but sometimes it is best not to kick a gift horse in the mouth with on time rent and no headaches.

All in all, I'm happier, more productive and I'm actually feeling the wheels start to spin taking me somewhere.

I don't think the actual name itself will lead to 10-15k more bookings, but in the sense that word of mouth helps.

The fines for just advertising those services are up to 10,000 the first offense. as for finding new customers, word of mouth Is by far the best way to gain new accounts thats also cost effective. 

The more work you can do for them, the happier they are.
