And I am not talking about myself, I am talking about the one man barber shop that I go to, that was ordered to shut down by our Governor.

This morning, our Governor made the decision to shut down all bars and nightclubs in Florida effective at 5:00 PM tonight for the next 30 days. 

For those landlords in CA, Governor Nuisance recently signed into law a bill limiting security deposits to a maximum of one month rent.

And yet, right now, with the courts closed, and the governor of our state having made what amounts to a "free rent for all" proclamation, the ONLY tenant I would rent one of our two currently vacant units to, is a tenant with Sec 8, because with anyone else, I could easily wind up losing at least six months' rent plus costs of eviction.I realize that this sounds very negative about the program. 

I look forward to newer, fresher, more progressive ideas from the incoming leadership, Governor-Elect Gavin Newsom!!!

Luckily we have patience and the willingness to learn from our mistakes.I see you have properties out in California, hopefully the governor here didn't affect your property too bad with the recent rent control bill.
