Companies stocks drop, their ability to leverage their stocks decrease causing them not to be as liquid to expand (cost of loans too high, possible defaulting on existing loans as business loans are more the floating type right!)

Using materials with a higher density than water, composites, metal, plastics etc. etc. you can either do something and hope it floats, or you can find the necessary equations and figure out first the weight of it all, cross reference that with the water displacement weight, and calculate FIRST whether the boat will float or not.Everyone that does DMM is basically building boats this first method.EVERYONE that does DMM is shoots arrows in the dark, and HOPE some will stick.

It’s hard to believe someone would try to get a million or even billion dollar loan knowing they can’t float it, but one just has to look back at the housing bubble and all them subprime borrowers who bororrowed money without a 2nd thought the minute someone removed a few rules.
