I talked to the town about this and they said this property was built before the zoning changes to single family, thus it was grandfathered.The asking price is $415k, which I think is nuts for a vacant property.

The cost I gave included everything, the proverbial “soup to nuts”.

Like the time someone cleaned a fish on the outside dining table and just left the blood and scales to rot in the summer sun for a few days. 

My words of wisdom(remember what the value of free is though, lol), is that you are fishing in the wrong pond.

I don't remember where the bible says that this is all ok, but I guess there's probably a commandment that says don't pour concrete down the pipes or load the heating vents with dead fish, but no specific commandment about sabotaging doors handles.I'm not trying to bash Christians here, by the way. 

I can make the obvious assumption that many of them have seen the guru ads who make it sound like shooting fish in a barrel and believe it will be an easy way to become an investor without money.As illustrated many times before from a wide range of experienced investors the path to a successful wholesale business requires a good amount of capital to spend on marketing which most newbies do not account for.
