Lots of other services are included at no cost (advice, doc review, debt collection letters, etc). 

I am trying to locate experienced investor friendly title companies and or attorneys to use for closings in the Kalamazoo, Portage, and Grand Rapids MI area.

I've looked into roof stock as a possible option but I've heard nothing but negative reviews about them.

Would be very interested to hear from experienced investors on your thoughts for these two areas specifically.

I’m reviewing their applications to see if there’s any way to approve them but its unlikely if I stick to my minimum requirements.

But I would be reticent to use them without having it looked at (after you complete it) by an attorney, preferably an experienced real estate attorney.
