They can get you access to conventional lending, and loans insuredunder CMHC (regular, as well as MLI select).

Why select the city first?

You will need to research and select a market that fits your goals.   

But granted that is a select few people and maybe not representative of the whole market. 

I have sent an inquiry to message select owners when I wanted to reach them.

What level of management did you select?

They can take time with their search and be more selective about a property’s location and condition.
