Mulling this and reevaluating my ever evolving plan...

The basics seem straightforward but inside them are a myriad of legal interpretations variables and exceptions that have evolved over time.  

Here’s my basic story:I’ve owned my house for 20+ years and lived in it continuously but my family needs have been evolving and I have been wanted to sell it and move to something that fit better.

Platforms built for peer to peer lending have evolved to where 90% of the loans are being made by large private equity funds.  

I've used Evolve Vacation Rentals and have had a ton of success with them.

Part of its appeal and attraction if you're renting it out will be dependent on how the resort and casino evolves.

@Jay Hinrichs Maybe the lack of bad reviews has more to do with the bad TK providers are out of the business and the ones left behind are well run businesses with solid foundation and plan to keep evolving and growing.
