I understand the inherent difficulties and I appreciate the warnings some of you may offer, but I am specifically looking for anecdotal takes on past deals and attempted deals.

Here's what I created in an attempt to get either a lower price or better payment terms with seller financing.Background:  This is an international property in a Country that it's fairly common to ask for payments.  

I've read some threads on here about the regulation that was coming along that was attempting to push chattel lending out back in 2016/2017.

Attempt to call again, then text. 

Anyone who instead attempts to buy me Coffee so they can sit down and "Pick My Brain" is immediately placed on the "I hate this MF list."

You should definitely attempt to negotiate with them.  

I doubt TurboTax would let you attempt a 3115, but maybe.
