The heavy traffic through this main street downtown provided for a healthy website ranking at the time.

A lot of history to this, but I'll try to make it brief :)In 2015, I bought a unit in an older downtown building to be used as a long term rental.

The town is a 33 minute drive from downtown Chicago. 

I have a single family in downtown Yonkers 4/1.5 under contract.

@Jason Burr  what do you think of the victor mill area near downtown, or any of the mill areas near downtown greer? 

@Jeff Kim I dont really like downtown for rentals because the price points are a little higher, and the rents are actually a little weaker, and they can be a little hard to rent. 

I would highly recommend Astro Property Management located in downtown Huntsville.

The house is a close enough walk to the beach and downtown that we could eventually rent it out weekly in the summer.  

They are also in higher rent areas, and very close to downtown - long story short, I feel confident about these properties renting easily and cash flowing well.My question is: how do you feel about the Royal Oak market in general?

It's one of those "least nice properties in a nice area" situations; I'd be looking at holding the property over the long term and there is ample new, high-quality construction occurring in the neighborhood, which is situated in the heart of the most desirable downtown area in my city.
