Today I got a certified letter stating a lien has been placed on the property by the landscaping company they hired but have not paid.

The insurance company says it’s too much of a fire hazard.

If you are getting financing, the mortgage company will need to walk the property for an appraisal.

I would definitely reach out to several brokerages within the area that could better facilitate as the middleman when Insurance Companies do reach out. 

As I have said they can throw people out for negativity so you will unlikely get a true and honest review from anyone in a forum like this. these training companies just follow MLM tactics  ala Amway etc.. right down to the sell the product make money. its all the same marketing just the product is different.

I am interviewing property management companies in Columbus and ran upon Realize Property Management Company. 

Look for any cases that involve a rental company or have the words “eviction” in them.

Really simple process to get a term sheet and no upfront fees except appraisal cost that is paid DIRECTLY to the appraisal company.

Prior to the GFC I had a pretty robust HML company with 20 plus employees doing 60 HML a month through out the mid west Rust belt and deep south by 2010 It was over like 95% of all HML we all got our butts handed to us..
