From points of DC and Baltimore crossing over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge lands you on the Eastern Shore of the Bay.

So while you're out of the country, the reality is that's a clearly visible issue, and it doesn't swing the value of the property very much.

Perhaps you could say I am an experienced property investor, but I have precisely zero experience purchasing real estate in your country. 

While I know you can’t predict these things I feel there’s more entitled tenants is certain areas of the country.

LOL thats one way to mitigage it Eric.. but you take other parts of the country and specifically Jackson MS and 90% or more of the tenants are single mothers..

So, unless someone really wanted to cross hairs, I can't imagine it being a problem.
