My partners & I are flipping in Chattanooga so I hung out there for a couple of days, meeting my contractor and agent for the first time; of course I went by and took at our flip. 

I will be going down there in a couple of days, and interested in building/developing/investing, I am a licensed Mexican Architect, I have friends living there as realtors, US investors, and US builders ready to pull the trigger.

The small multi family space (4-20 units) seems to be less crowded, but those deals can be hard to manage unless they’re within a couple of hours from where you live so you could manage or turn it yourself if you had to. 

It has been 6 months and the only thing we have received are emails from Marco saying we will receive information in a couple of months. 

I just downloaded it and tested it for a couple str cleaning bids and it’s giving me a very good idea of how much cleaning will be.

When you have a client that needs management, you refer them to your preferred PM for a fee.

A couple of weeks ago, I came across an awesome off-market deal on a hundred-year-old house a few weeks ago and thought all I had to do was renovate it and I would have myself a nice little home to live in long term.

If possible as others have said, go to a couple of meet-ups in the area you want to invest in.
