I’m actually more concerned, and my original reference (which I did NOT, unfortunately make clear) was to short to medium term price declines in any market, such as 2008 - 2012, etc.  

It sounds like the city ignored a lot of complaints about structural concerns from tenants for years, which is concerning.

These days I'm more concerned about fentanyl "It is 20 to 40 times more potent than heroin and 100 times more potent than morphine" they are usually little blue pills and you might see small squares of burnt aluminum foil.

I’m concerned that $60K ($50K after penalties) won’t get me far in starting a short term rental though… I’m also hesitant to do a cash out refinance on my home loan because we have a great interest rate at 2.625%.

Are you finding it to be a major concern for buyers, or do they seem willing to overlook it in certain areas?
