I've never been to walkabout brewery but I can hear their live music from my house.

It's like musical chairs - we have more players than chairs, so every month there are people who don't get a house.

Sound carries and our neighbor is growing increasingly frustrated by the loud music, profane language, and general disruption of the mountain nights by our renters.How would you handle this?

We could still hear their conversations, running and yelling, TV, playing music for hours on end late at night, etc.

Will the last buyer end up being the greater fool who is stuck with a piece of crap when the music stops?

So my cost to own the property each month will be $2090.The property is composed of 3 seperate structures.

I actually have access to a film crew or 2 that have done several music videos, mtv reality shows etc so you may be able to do it remotely with some direction via FaceTime/zoom etc.

It will be hard to get someone to come back and fix work that they have already been paid for, and any repairs will likely be done in a resentful and half-assed manner if done at all.Lessons Learned: I need to get a system figured out for composing detailed scope of work proposals in a timely and efficient manner.
