Vintage mid-century crappers in cool colors sell for big bucks on ebay.

With new construction and renovations going on, on almost every block. 

Not everywhere was stained but they are saying they replaced the entire apartment's carpet because they can't seam together replacement carpet of a different color.

Once my house is fixed it is going to cause an issue for my neighbors house and potentially the next house after that.I am hoping that they will realize that this impacts the entire block and not just my house... 

We want to continue to acquire property, just not sure how to proceed after such a big road block.

I looking for any personal experinaces you are willing to share with me the good and the bad not wanting to look at this investment through rose colored glasses.

This is the same whether we are building a "double wide" that gets put on blocks or a modular home set by a crane on a foundation.One of my last projects before changing industries was a 2 story modular home that was built on spec...and then sold for roughly $1million dollars within a few months...
