That means the roof would have to come off or use short ceiling. 

Everything else is turnkey - chef kitchen, wood floors, 16 foot ceilings, 2 units have skylights, everything separate meters, new water heaters, new appliances, etc.

Left holes in the ceiling for recessed cans but no way of getting a circuit to them without tearing out perfectly good now repaired painted/drywall???

There were four areas of concern that I noted during the walkthrough:1) A $600 kitchen ceiling fan -- the centerpiece of the kitchen decor -- had been replaced by a cheesy $40 bathroom fixture.

It is comparable in square footage but does not have the basement or washer/dryer hook ups, plus one of the bedrooms is upstairs (very narrow stairs and steep ceiling angles in that bedroom).

Furthermore, the ceiling on raising market rents is much lower, which means less value add to any multifamily.

Or you can put some good ceiling mount dual band access point.I have one triplex where I provide internet for the tenants.

We removed the drop ceiling and raised them 1.5', removed florescent lighting throughout and did a lot of general type upgrading.

Since the ceilings are peaked and 7' at the center anything of any depth cuts it too short.

Maybe if i never even borrowed against my other condos and just created a new ceiling and sold years later if this would work.
