Pretty simple.....They either catch up the late payments and continue making the monthly payments, sell it or it will get foreclosed. 

She is lying about something and hoping that you do not screen her to catch her inbher lies.She could end up destroying your place and causing you an expensive eviction if she does not pay in sixmonths and refuses to leave on her own.

If you're looking to maximize cash flow and catch an up trend I think it's 3-5 years late for places like UT and TX

They said they would pay both months by 10/17 - that came and went without any further discussion, so I think I did the right thing by filing the complaint after the 10-day notice period.I've been fair and accommodating, especially given their tenure, but as I've read frequently on the forums, there comes a point where they are just too far behind and may never be able to catch up.

I did not evict him so he has home to go to after hospital, allow nearly 18 months for him to catch up on rent.I would only offer what I would normally offer for this type of deals, no different vs. other deals.
