I'm in the position to apply(depending on lender DTI requirement) for conventional financing through the builder at <6% interest rate in this current market.

Would anyone be able to recommend a good builder who would be interested in building an ADU?

Hey Abdul, I was looking to do the same for a couple months but found builders to give very rough estimates for completion, sometimes 2 years out, and my wife was worried they’d take even longer.

There are actually large builders developing entire complexes geared to shared common areas, but private rooms, and of course just shared homes like the Golden Girls.

Books like Fooled by Randomness make it apparent that you see a lot of sucessful people on social media, books, etc; not the graveyard full of dead bodies/failed investors. 

I already teamed up with a home builder and private lender. 

It was a hazard for ship builders where the dust was so thick you couldn't see 3 feet in front of you.

The bids now total 61.3% more than that Builder quoted.

I am a builder in this area and I know I can add attached/detached in law suit to any properties in this area which would allow me to cash flow afterwards.
