From my analysis—even with very conservative numbers—it looks like a cash cow.

Take advantage of it, search old posts (learn from history), and read as much as possible because that's how you get unstuck and out of analysis paralysis. 

What's the projected cash flow? 

Curious to hear what some of you with bigger portfolios think of that kind of analysis.  

Too many people get stuck in analysis by paralysis and then before they know it it's been 5 years and they are in the same spot Do you think my age will impact my authority as a landlord?
