It satisfies the basic requires though: We used a long-term lease for our state provided through Avail.co and then we amended it to specifically allow for sub-letting (easy to do with the software/website).

What I did was go to the county records to see who was paying the property taxes—typically the owner of the property.If it was an LLC, I would then go to the Secretary of State website and search for the LLC registration to see who filed it.

His comment on costs was $4k-$6k but I have no idea what that includes and I think it was a guess having no foreclosure experience in AL.Do you have any good web sites I can read about the process or anything else not immediately obvious?
