I personally do not know which side of the fence i am on as far as the name, but I am leaning towards the side of being straight forward with who and what we are.One thing I am 100% sure of is that we should work on the other things (mission statement, objectives, patform, etc.)and the name can follow down the road.I am a terrible writer (as far as I am concerned) so writing mission statements and the like is not by strong suit.

Hire a copy writer.

Maybe honeymooners would like it, or writers or artists who want to get away.  

Also, do you guys have any advice on how to get contributing writers? 

reading a book offers you a chance to think like the writer and knowing @Brandon Turner and following his BP webinars puts his face and voice to the words i read on the book. so i kinda feel like ive been spending a lot of time with him sharing his knowledge and me being a sponge.good stuff man!

DIRECT Lender - you want to deal directly with the check writer, not a lender that has to confirm deals with their investors.

Just spending a few minutes on here has transformed my perception of real estate investing from something that scared the hell out of me into something that I am so eager to learn more about.I'll try not to quote too much from my profile, but having just written out all that info, it's hard to be creative again in such a short time, I never was much of a writer anyway.

Any information besides info on grant writers would help.

Was about to go to closing,  the mortgage company told me they couldn't get an under writer to close on it because they didn't believe I was willing to rent my current home out and move into One of the rentals.    

I suppose we could go back to that other great financial writer Steve Martin who gave the following advice on how to make a million dollars: "First get a million dollars.
