I can't tell what part of the country you are in but I bet there is one where you are...or one in the market you are targeting.

If you are in an expensive market and looking to leverage better markets, increase revenue and trustworthy property management with additional benefits (regular house cleaner, counselor to manage relationships among tenants, etc) then this is a great option for you.

I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

Also, I bet there are other programs cheaper than Adobe Acrobat Pro and perhaps free.Hope this is close to what you were looking for, David.

Or I may get a trust worthy property manager, but that cost almost would lower the long term returns to below the S&P 500 indexes. 

I'm willing to bet you work 40 hours a week or less.

Though that is a risky bet in most cases if you don't know and you can lose everything that you invested in.

I think trying to bank on appreciation is never a good bet.
