As far as lawsuit issues, make sure you have a decent umbrella or at least up the coverage on each policy (we had to do this for a few years when we lost our umbrella after our teenagers totalled one too many of our vehicles).

@Lane K I have to agree  my wife works for her tribe ( Native American ) so there is a boys and girls club here and I want to teach financial education to the young teen age and a few younger kids.
