I’d love to chat with anybody like minded or meet up if you’re in the Spring/Woodlands area.Where I’m at currently I won’t be of much use as far as capital goes, but I am a grinder and would love to help any way I can.

This would not be my first choice unless you have an air-tight exit strategy that does not rely on a bunch of "maybe's".

Summers are great and spring/fall are awesome for hiking and especially bike riding seeing as we are right on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes which is a 72 mile paved bike path that winds it's way along the lake, through woods and chain lakes.

Renters do not change out air filters!  

Some electrical is involved to add light to bedroom and some work to add air register.
