I found Bigger Pockets and have been seeing the success of members.

If you're having success with stocks and real estate seems risky, then it's probably best to stick with stocks until you know what you're doing with real estate.

I can't imagine the logic of sitting there and reject it all when they have been doing what I want to successfully for years. 

I have had a lot of success purchasing 5 bedrooms houses next to larger universities and have been able to easily find tenants.

I’m also open to hearing about any recent experiences or success stories you’ve had with off-market deals in these areas.Looking forward to your insights and advice!

I just can't imagine why you would liquidate your successful, growing real estate holdings to send your money off to something that is super risky and doesn't pay that well over the long term.
