In another year as interest rates come down, and the boom of cabins that came online over the last two years starts to get sucked in, I think there's going to be a return to solid and steady growth in demand for new cabins.I love my numbers eithe way though. 

Unfortunately, ESA (Emotional Support Animal) letters are tricky, especially with how easy they are to get online.

Is it customary that they have their process displayed online or in a pricing guide so I can shop around?

The way I do it is go to the property records for the county online find the owner's info and then Google search their phone number.

:)I definitely hear you on the risk - I aim to buy-and-hold the properties and place Section 8 tenants, so the deals tend to be as safe as possible, but I understand your and Mitch's points about deals possibly losing money.Where I'm getting lost is on how to structure being paid when I borrow from private lenders.
