Hi!  For Triple Net Leases, how are the net charges generally handled/administered?  Does the landlord send an invoice monthly/quarterly/yearly for the actual tax/insurance/maint costs to the tenant to pay up, or does...

., you will need a POS software, an accounting software, cash/credit card reconciliations, refunds/credit, additional fees, here and there repairs/renovations, and a bunch of other stuff involved.Location is a big part of it. 

Also with the potential passing of the Property Tax Reform and Relief Act of 2019, authored by Bettencourt (R-Houston) this could be less of a concern.
