ha ha.When we get to the point of completion on the structure and pretty things we will need to decide whether to furnish or not for STR...LTR - Small cash flow but seems more secure and less monthly expenses and hassle, we went into this deal because of cash flow AND appreciation potential.

@Natalie Vane Your a civil engineer, agent, and RE investor...so what do you do in your free time (ha!).

@Khoa Ha when you are raising money from investors whose role is solely for profit and not actively involved in the deal, most likely you are playing in the securities world.I know you will understand, I am not an attorney and don't feel comfortable answering your questions on this public forum. 

They can be managed remotely and they integrate with you HA and Air BnB reservations.
