@Darius Ogloza From what I understand, its 500k in gains from purchase price to sales price, are you saying that in Marin County, most gains have exceeded 500k?

I just separated from the Marine Corps last November to pursue Real Estate Investing full time (flipping, wholesaling, BRRRR) with the help of my wife.

I'm 25 and getting out of the Marine Corps soon and I just wanted to reach out for some thoughts on the matter.

I am about to list a value add flip in Marin and am hoping for similar numbers.
