Hi everyone, my name is Danny and I am new to the bigger pockets forums. I have taken the last 4 months learning, studying, reading and also listening to podcast on the bp channel on real estate investing.  As a newbie Im hoping to network with anyone that can shed some light on purchasing my first investment property, ideally looking for guidance, a mentor or a coach if you will. Im sure we all have been there and can remember some of the struggles, fears and mental battles one faces when starting out. Im not asking for any sort of hand outs as i know in this business, its what sort of value i can bring to the table. As someone new I sure would like to ask where does one start or bring that value? Im hoping to surround myself amongst people who share the same goals and ambition. Please anyone reading this feel free to reach out, Thanks in advance.

My goals would be to house hack a small multi family home as a first time home buyer in my local area (Sonoma County) where I can potentially add value and if possible have it cash flow or be able to live little to rent free.
