I would buy a 24" cabinet and install a pull out laundry basket and then you only have a 12" space or so... that can be used for storing the toilet brush and a decent trash can OR a pull out towel rack.

For whole 600sqft condo id put it on for rent at 1300-1400/m since there is laundry, and for each room id be pulling in 700-850/m (students could rent it probably as w other properties).What i dont understand after coming down from my Greenville property is how nice Bayonne is.

Hi all, placing a 11 unit multifamily under contract tomorrow. in college town in Washington county, PA, has 11 units, laundry facility, parking spot for each unit. brick building with gently sloped roof. roof redone 4 years ago, electrical redone 2 years ago. was under very poorly rated PM in area, met the guy when seeing facility and seemed very eager to do the minimum.

I took a chance, put in a counter-depth refrigerator (made the small kitchen look a little bigger) and finished (sheet rock, paint) the small laundry room in the basement.
