Now I have money to get a attorney to draw up or approve/edit my contracts and explain how this process must go in the future; BTW I am also sort of a Document Control Specialist (Directed that dept. too lol) in the ole' giant Texas Oil & Gas sector also which helps.

Plus I also live very close by...and it gives me something to do ;) As long as I don’t get too stressed by the usual repair calls, tenancy changes, etc. it’s really sort of like a giant game, and my goal is to be as fast and effective with every decision.

In other areas (Shinjuku, Nerima, Bunkyo, Yokohama for example) it is legal only on weekends and holidays.

Plus, I like my little remaining time and aren't looking to get into a giant time-suck.
