And then the people the sheriff removes will be arrested for trespassing if found on property in the future.  

This happened right before COVID, so despite a number of illegal occupants there with history, the police would not execute the warrants out for their arrest, or remove them from the premises.

If I were hooked on drugs and the person that I bought drugs from conducted business in such a way the it insured I would never be caught or arrested, I would consider him intelligent.
